MALFY Botanicals

Italian juniper and coriander, angelica, cassia bark and Italian violet root, as well as Italian orange peel, Italian grapefruit peel and Amalfi lemon peel. Distillation takes place under vacuum, which preserves the fresh aroma of the fruit peel in the best possible way. The distillate is "cuts" with spring water from Monviso, which contains a minimum of minerals and with one of the world's lowest contents of sodium and total dissolved solids. The spring is the highest natural spring in Europe.

Production

MALFY GIN is produced by the Torino Distilleria run by the Vergnano family. It is here in Piedmont that you have proud traditions with wine, vermouth, bitter liqueurs and other spirits.
