At Bollinger, only the best harvest years become a vintage champagne, and this was precisely the 2014 vintage, which gave rise to a Champagne that is at once structured, rich and complex, in terms of both its minerality and exceptional intensity.

Blended: 61% Pinot Noir and 39% Chardonnay. Area: 19 Crus: Mainly Aÿ and Verzenay for Pinot Noir, Chouilly and Oiry for Chardonnay. Fermented: Exclusively in oak barrels. Maturation: Sealed with natural cork and cellared for more than twice as long as the minimum required. Dosage: Moderate, 8 grams per litres.
