Dom Ruinart Rosé Vintage 2004 is a blend composed exclusively of Grand Crus Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which has been vinified as red wine. This champagne has the finest pink color with hints of copper. After a long maturation in the endless chalk cellars, Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 reveals an elegant character and a velvety texture, as well as oriental notes of dried flowers and fresh red fruits. In the mouth, notes of smoke, roses and ripe citrus fruits mix. The low dosage emphasizes the purity and complexity of the champagne's fine Grand Crus.
