The new Cask Strength bottling from Highland Park is aged mainly in American oak sherry casks, but also European oak and ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 64.1% and the most smoky version of Highland Park at the moment. It is composed of different casks of different ages. It is sweet and slightly smoky on the nose with notes of roses, ripe pears and a hint of coconut. You will also find cedar wood. and black pepper, mango, heather honey, vanilla violet, pink grape and aromatic peat.
