As official Bugatti champagne, CARBON celebrates this impressive world record with a new cuvée as the latest addition to its distinguished range: EB.02. This is another limited edition from CARBON Vintage, this time consisting of an excellent 2006 vintage blanc de blancs Grand Cru.

Tasting notes: A fantastic fresh champagne with notes of Acacia, almonds and hazelnut. When the champagne is allowed to open up more, a taste of yellow fruits emerges.

Drinking age: now and 10+ years
Serving temperature: 5-8 degrees.
Food pairing: The champagne works well with caviar, freshly cut ibérico ham and with fried chicken in a light comté emulsion.
