Daurikus is also known by the name Kaluga, which belongs to the Huso family in the Latin designation. DAURIKUS' cousin is the mythical BELUGA. Characteristics are large, beautiful grains and the taste is elegant, creamy and at the same time very deep and rich. The Dauricus sturgeon must be at least 18 years old before it can lay these beautiful grains.
